Yihang Shipping is based in Dalian. Cargo from the northeast, and from mills near Yingkou, loads at Dalian or Yingkou and usually feeds a mainline port before the ocean vessel. The cutoff is earlier than the same box leaving Shanghai, Ningbo, or Shenzhen. A factory in Shenzhen uses Yantian or Shekou. Do not truck that cargo to Dalian because the office is there. The quote needs the factory city, the destination port, the commodity, the gross weight, and whether the ready date is at the factory or at the port.
