Exhibition logistics
Yihang Shipping is an exhibition freight forwarder based in Dalian, China. It moves stands, machines, and samples in three directions: Chinese exhibitors going to shows abroad, foreign exhibitors and buyers at shows in China, and exhibitors moving between other countries through more than 180 overseas agents. Every plan counts back from the hall’s receiving deadline, separates goods that return from goods that will be sold, and books the return as its own date. China export and import clearance run on Yihang’s AEO Advanced brokerage file. Rates are quoted, not published.
Sample cars move on a car carrier. A flight case is handed over at the venue. No client is named. Inside the hall, the organizer’s contractor still does the last metres.

It plans the exhibit from the hall’s receiving deadline back: export clearance, the sailing, train, or flight, the temporary import or carnet at destination, delivery to the advance warehouse or hall, and the return or sale after the show. Inside the venue, the organizer’s appointed contractor handles the last metres.
Count back from the receiving deadline: the lane’s planning window, customs release, delivery to the hall, and a margin. A West Coast US show and a European show are not the same number of days, and Chinese New Year often sits inside the window. The count-back tool gives a planning date; the quote gives the booked one.
It depends on weight and volume, the mode, the destination, the carnet or import route, and the return. Material handling inside the venue is billed separately by the show contractor, usually by weight. Yihang does not publish rates; the quote lists what is included and what the contractor bills.
The quote can include delivery to the advance warehouse or the hall and the handover to the show’s contractor. A port on the bill of lading is not the stand, so the handover point is written on the quote.
