Guide
Exhibition cargo is packed, unpacked, stored, and packed again, often outdoors and by different crews. Crates need to be strong, reusable, and marked by piece. Wooden packing needs an ISPM 15 mark; China, Australia, New Zealand, and many others destroy or return wood without one, and CIIE also asks for a fumigation or non-wood declaration. Demo units with lithium batteries need their test summary before booking. Yihang Shipping photographs the cargo at loading and places cargo insurance through PICC for the outbound and return legs.
