Not every exhibit starts in China. A German company going to Big 5 in Dubai, a Chilean dealer going to MINExpo, or a manufacturer touring three shows in a year can use Yihang Shipping as the coordinating forwarder. Legs that never touch China run through Yihang’s network of more than 180 overseas agents in more than 80 countries. The quote names the agent at origin and destination, the carnet or temporary-import route, and the handover at the hall. Yihang keeps the documents and the dates in one file.

Show-to-show freight GuideTouring exhibits from one trade show to the next across countries: carnet routing, time limits, storage between shows, and Yihang’s agent network outside China.
ATA carnet GuideATA carnet China: CCPIT issue, eATA in the EU since June 2026, country steps, and when goods return from a show. Match the carnet list to the packing list.
Temporary import without a carnet GuideTemporary import when a carnet will not work: US TIB, deposits, Brazil admissão temporária, and when normal import is simpler for show cargo from China.
After the show GuideThe three endings for exhibition cargo, return shipment, local sale, or abandonment, what each costs, and the move-out deadlines that cause most of the trouble.
Ship stands, machines, and samples from a Chinese factory to a trade show abroad and back: ATA carnet, move-in count-back, group shipping, and the return or sale.
Exhibiting in China DirectionBring exhibits into China for CIIE, bauma CHINA, or the Canton Fair import pavilion, or ship what you bought at a Chinese fair home. Carnet, fumigation, and retention.
Yes. That move never touches China; it runs through Yihang’s overseas agents, and the quote names them. Yihang coordinates the documents and the dates.
For one show from one country, a local forwarder may be simpler. One coordinator helps when the exhibit tours several countries, mixes Chinese and non-Chinese legs, or the machine was made in China.
The agent network covers more than 80 countries. Tell the desk the shows and cities, and the reply says who would handle each leg.
